Linfox is Asia Pacific’s largest privately-owned logistics company, employing more than 24,000 people across 12 countries. They recognised that an employer brand was integral to their business for recruiting the best industry talent, aiming to drive innovation and aspiring to remain at the forefront of the competition. What came out of the research was very aspirational, that from trade backgrounds you could work your way up or across the business. It captured that together, anything’s possible in your career progression.
We honed this to 5 streams across the business, each having its own story of progression. This would provide a framework for all communications, from digital to print; giving Linfox a market presence they hadn’t had before in this space; demonstrating the breadth of opportunities. A whole new suite of imagery was created, campaign creative direction and copywriting across every touch point.
