St Kilda Film Festival is Australia’s longest running short film festival and has been showcasing Australian short films since 1983. The festival screens Australian short films in all genres including drama, comedy, documentary, animation and digital media.
Working across the creative, the brief was to build on the art deco feel of previous campaigns and feature a nod to the home and namesake of the Festival, St Kilda, and the unique character and history of the suburb. The Festival was also moving to a Winter time slot, so this also needed to be considered in the creative. The campaign was rolled out across print, digital and outdoor.
